Love the product, it’s great quality and is very easy to adjust to whatever wardrobe space you have. It came in the specified time frame, and there was great communication from your team. I had to ask for replacement screws, which your staff couriered to me without issue, which I appreciated.
The only thing I can fault you on is a small negative experience I had with your delivery policy. You have a promotional offer where any spend over $2500 gets free delivery. I had bought $2600 worth of your product over a six week period in two individual purchases, and had made two 2-hour trips to your warehouse to pick up already. I made a third purchase and hoped that this could be delivered to me for free, as overall my purchasing habit fit your delivery criteria, and the drive is rather gruelling, but it was not meant to be.

Brilliant wardrobe system. Followed instructions and watched instructional video 3 times, assembly and fitting took a day and fitted perfectly. We now have ample storage and hanging options. Very happy.

Pleasantly surprised at the quality of the cabinetry and fixings. Instructions were adequate and the assembly video was excellent. Great value for money and plenty of flexibility to rearrange the towers and rails. Only criticism was a couple of missing plastic ends on the drawer fixings. Would be good to include a few spares.
