Hi. All was going well with the build of my wardrobe (Order SO-01031) until I noticed you sent me 8 right hand shelf brackets instead of 4 Left and 4 Right. This held me up while I waited for them to be sent. When I received them they were too long and I had to cut them down by about 10mm. Also I noted some packets of screws etc were short , others had extra, worked out in the end though. I didn’t get the shelf/hanger template for the wall but I worked it out ok. You must perform better quality and item controls so the customer is not held up or left confused. The video instructions were very good, but the paper instructions not so good. All in all the finished product looks good.

We got 2 x wardrobes and a linen cupboard shelf. They look good. Require time and patience to assemble and install. Unfortunately, we had some damaged items and missing screws/lock which were replaced but held up our assembling.
